Abakisimba

Abakisimba (Let the lion remain a lion) are an ensemble of percussionists, poets, musicians and dancers from different ethnic backgrounds in Kenya. Around the rhythms of traditional drums they compose modern tunes full of soul, drive and wisdom, blending homegrown styles like Benga with Rap or Reggae, to create their unique sound.
