Roe Knows Best is the brainchild of singer-songwriter, Roe O’Brien, indelibly New Jersey in sound, style, and attitude.
What began as humble, musical beginnings in childhood, catapulted into an obsession with songwriting and pop-punk music, possessing O’Brien to teach herself guitar at age 14.
