At age ten, I wrote "The Happy Song" in crayon in a folded paper booklet with a smiley face on the front. Ever since, I have understood that it is, not a suggestion, but an imperative, to Sing A Bright Song!

Aside from music, I have a noted interest in biochemistry, and one of my first hobbies was pretending to be a bird, a hobby which I have yet to outgrow.
