Death Posture: Extend.

This posture is a combination of extension and inward extension.
Your head will extend outward toward your hands and toes and your whole body will extend outward toward your body.

As your body bends in this downward path, it’s critical that you stop bending. This is one of those yoga postures that requires extending to your very limit. Do not extend to the point of extension, collapse.

Ensure that you bend completely, not extend into collapse.

Closure Posture: Extend Note: This is the closure posture. Do not extend out completely. You must make sure your body extends to its very limit. Your neck, shoulders, arms and legs must all extend to their fullest extension. Any movement of your head or hands or feet, if left to extend and collapse, is a step toward failure.
