"Own Me" was a title suggested by my social media community, and it resonated deeply with the album's theme. During my time in the hospital, I felt a profound sense of being owned, almost as if I was at the mercy of the medical staff. Desperation can make you feel vulnerable, willing to try any treatment, even if it's experimental. The desire to escape the current condition becomes so overpowering that you're ready to risk it all. This track captures that raw emotion, a sentiment I still grapple with today.
