These feelings are becoming second nature. I'm getting used to them, but I don't want to.
The walls feel like they're caving in; I feel like I can't breathe -- I don't know what to call this.
It takes less energy to pretend everything is okay. No one needs to know.
But, the thoughts are becoming more intrusive. I can't ignore them.
