Static noise by Ariel Mioduser
This album contains the tracks from my mixed media exhibition “Static noise” at Tel Aviv Artist’s House in September 2022. The exhibition presented self portraits composed of digital painting and sound. The sound is largely based on my voice, processed to a point where it is sometimes unrecognizable as a human voice, but still carries the warmth and vibration of the original. My main subject is a sense of duality, being and not being, belonging and feeling detached, looking from within and from outside, connected to my personal history as an immigrant.
