Heart Responding by Becky Jo
The Lord had been speaking to me about responding to Him as my Bridegroom. Responding to His love is easy, because it’s motivated by His love, not mine, and dependent upon His initiative, not mine.
When we got into the studio most of the songs were still unfinished. That fact had me pretty anxious and a little stressed for a time. But when we got there I had a strong sense that we were about to walk into God’s will! I believe He wanted the songs open so that HE COULD SPEAK INTO THEM (Jer 17: 13-15).
I believe He wants to use these songs to produce faith; which will minister the Holy Spirit, work miracles of healing, bring freedom and victory (Rom 10:17; Gal 3: 2, 5).
The songs are not meant to be perfect or polished. They were birthed in worship and prayed into during the actual recording; if you listen carefully you can even
hear the some of the whispered prayers.
I pray that the power of God’s love changes your life forever and that you respond to Him in worship.
