Outside of my mind there are all these things bothering me. Is it them, or is it me? One day a teacher said to me, close your eyes and interestingly I looked inside. I saw my life, I saw my life as an ocean of tides. Inside of my mind, there are all these things happening to me. Thoughts like waves in the ocean of my soul. Calm at the center, I am calm at my core. The ocean remains wave after wave. Tides roll in and tides roll out. I am calm. I AM CALM.
