LA LLERA
[PASUCÁIS LA PRIMAYOR/LA LLERA/REVUELTA]
(Marcos G. Alonso/Marcos G. Alonso/ Fernando Oyagüez – Arrg. BLIMA)
(Marcos:) I had never liked factual statements much and I always enjoyed turning them up-side down, to see what happened. This “pasucais” (music played at parades) tries to be a little tribute to everything that makes you go back to the place where you were happy, wherever that may be. So, begging your pardon, Mr. Sabina, “you definitely SHOULD go back to that place where you were happy”.
La Llera is the name of a meadow in Vega Villayana (in L.Lena county) where, now and then (not too often) the owners offer all kinds of delicacies and good times. We hope it stays around for a long time!
Blima is a musical project that was born in January 2006 with the coming together of some of the youngest and most promising musicians on the Asturian scene. Since the beginning, the musicians of Blima went for broke, sharing all their proposals, influences and ideas without limitations; going further than just getting the music they are interested in creating.
