Sometimes the most damaging psychological condition is one that's hurting someone you love. It can be hard to not get swept up and it can be hard to not treat it as if it were your own. Be supportive and show them love. Do everything you can, but don't destroy yourself in the process. You can't pour out your cup for others if it's empty.

This is for the bugs living in human suits and anyone who has hurt themselves on an arcade machine or spent an unplanned week at the loud hotel with free socks and no internet.
