Start Again by Casual Americans
Start Again is about being in a dark place and how to deal with it. The verses address the peaks and valleys of living with anxiety, while the chorus is about accepting yourself and owning who you are regardless of what others think of you (or what you think that others think of you). The bridge, for me, captures that feeling of getting beyond a low point or panic attack and recognizing that it's part of who I am and that even though it'll probably happen again, it doesn't define me.
