Solar Safari by Caught In Joy

Solar Safari is a journey that channels the spirit of 70s electronic music with clear 60s hippie influences. It’s built from analog synthesizers, layered with Gilmouresque guitar tones, and colored by some unexpected appearances like the hang drum inspired by the flowing style of Hang Massive with Apollo 440-driven sequences, and a live bass line that nods to Porcupine Tree’s Voyage 34.

You’ll also hear echoes of Vangelis’s Blade Runner synths, the sequencer-driven worlds of Tangerine Dream, Steve Roach’s slow-burning chord progressions, and subtle touches of hypnotic jazz-electronica woven into the sound.

It’s fully instrumental, made for focus and flow - the kind of music you can sink into for work, study, or simply losing yourself in sound.
