This song was written after being aware of the situation taking place in the Sinai Desert where refugees mostly Eritrean are victims of human trafficking at it's worst. The situation is slowly diminishing since the world was made aware of it through the media late 2011, but it's still going on to this day.
These refugees go through extreme torture in the hands of Bedouins settled in the area, they are held for ransom until their capturers decide to extract their organs for sale when ransom is not made available. The refugees find themselves in this situation as they seek asylum in Israel fleeing from the hardships of their home country.
