So imagine this:

You've always had someone in your life that you could count on or someone that was always there when you needed them (even when you didn't think that you needed them). When going through tough times their words always rang true and you knew that no matter what happened, they'll always be there.

The next moment they're not there.

Cold is a song I forced myself to write in almost absolute darkness to express my emotions from the feeling of longing to a feeling of utter devastation.

Basically self-taught, I developed my skills by learning and applying techniques from other guitarists and musicians I was inspired by.

Having no formal background in music theory I firmly believe that once I become aware of the many rules of music, I will become bound by them, and be afraid of going where my emotions guide me.
