The original score to the 2013 Metal Snare Production short, "Self-Control", directed by Bill Sheikh.

A psychological thriller, the film follows James (Tom Menary) in his struggle against a rogue aspect of his inner psyche; an ambitious personification of his split personality disorder, calling himself Stevie (Nathan Nuurah), who convinces James he has murdered his fiancée, Sarah (Donna Newman). James is forced to confront his fears and desires in the fight for his mind.

"Self-Control" marks the fifth musical collaboration between Tom and Bill, beginning with "Somebody Help Me" (2011) and including the thriller "Afterdeath" and documentary "Robin Manford: Master of the Universe" (2012).
