Inferior Operator by Crossing Bridges

Inferior Operator is a concept album with four individual parts. Part I - Inter, is very down-tempo and dark. With experimental electronic beats and piano progressions including a variety of samples and songs blended together this is the darkest section of the album. Symbolizing the dark inside of an addiction based mind. Seemingly okay on the outside, yet rotting inside. Moving on to Part II - Awareness, is more up-beat and lighter sounding electronic section. Containing Hip Hop/R&B inspired beats along with an IDM feel as well. Also with many samples of retro keyboard clips and strange background sounds, Part II becomes a grooving section unlike Part I. Symbolizing that there needs to be a change, to actually do something and break through the unexceptionable that has become the norm. Next reaching Part III - Cleansing, the slowest and most relaxing section of the album. With mostly ambient and slow moving songs, Part III will melt time away. Making everything stop moving, and using your eyes to feel the world around you. The symbolism of this section is the actual change, it is whatever you need to do, to change that negative part of you. To stop being dependent and being something your not. Which brings us to the forth and final section of the album. Part IV - Living, with jazz and post rock inspired songs, using only real instruments as the main components. Also including single instrumentation compositions to create one song. The symbolization of this final section is living without the need for anything but yourself. Living and not having to be something your not, or trying to be. Simply living.
