the main from Retrospect by Dana Westover

I had a workplace on lower St. Laurent St. when I lived in Montreal, and this is a portrait of four of the people I came to know there. St. Laurent splits the city in half, with the numbers going up both to the east and to the west from there, and it's known as the main.

Dana Westover is a minimalist composer/performer who
currently makes his home in the Boston area. The music he
plays is an unusual and unique synthesis of words and sound, songs influenced by many styles.
