Deep Essence is a new band consisting of 2/3's of the short lived mid 90's trio The Great Unraveling-Randy Davis, and Tonie Joy (who also previously co-founded Moss Icon and Universal Order of Armageddon). This new collaboration is rounded out by bassist Steve Strohmeier, long time Baltimore maestro and multi-instrumentalist most recently co-piloting Midnight Sun. Established in 2024.
