DJ Seinfeld - the Swedish producer who grew from lo-fi house pioneer to one of the most singular talents in dance music - returns with his long-awaited, fan-favourite new single ‘Plush’, out now on Ninja Tune. The club-ready single arrives after nearly two years of being played around the world in Seinfeld’s lauded DJ sets, prompting fans to hunt for it online and making it one of the most requested track IDs of his 2023 Mixmag Lab.
“I wrote ‘Plush’ back in 2022 and played a couple of different versions of it throughout the years” Seinfeld comments. “I couldn’t really figure out what I felt was missing, so I binned it for a bit. Then I saw a couple of ripped versions on SoundCloud around the same time I was getting a lot of messages about it, so I decided to give it another go. Eventually I managed to bring it to a point where I’m really happy with it and enjoy playing it out”.
