written and recorded in my former bedroom july and august 2022. i wrote the whole thing while in and out of psychosis and mania, feeling like i was floating untethered thru time and unsure of who exactly i was speaking to at any given moment. losing friends, childhood abuse trauma, coming out, and an abusive marriage all blended together and confused the living hell out of me. i'm proud of this album for how cohesive it somehow turned out.
