Earlier this year Ears aka Daniel O’Toole released an Ep called ‘Floating Tokyo’ inspired by the atmosphere of Tokyo city.
The second Ep to be released this year by Sydney based Producer ‘Ears’ , titled 'Blue temple' is a 6 track journey through other worldly textures, and ambient spaces making use of the Korg Poly 6 for many of the analogue synth sounds, featuring the guitar playing of Leroy Lee on two tracks, Haunting vocals by Chanelle Collier on ‘Pterodactyl’ and Mongolian horse fiddle on ‘Eagle Dance’ by 'Bukhu' a track inspired by the wrestlers of Mongolia.
‘Ears’ is better known to most as a painter and this release wont disappoint those interested in the visual aspects of his work; the physical release comes as a 45 rpm 12 inch black vinyl with a hand painted original canvas cover, hand signed and dated, + free download code.
