For its 38th release, FRI welcomes Colombian producer AFM with Analog Luv, a four-track EP delivering an authentic analog deep house experience.
AFM has carved out a reputation for crafting genuine Deep and Tech House grooves, but his talent extends far beyond the classic 4x4 rhythm. His sound is a versatile blend that touches on everything from Electro to Detroit-inspired aesthetics.
Analog Luv is a warm, analog-driven journey into deep house. Tracks like "Analog Luv" and "Chords of Love" feature smooth, dynamic arrangements, rolling basslines, and rich atmospheric textures layered with lush pads, silky strings, and elegant synths.
Meanwhile, "Teva" and "Traffic Stuck" ride on bubbly SH-101-style basslines, complemented by melodic Rhodes chords that bring an uplifting, soulful vibe to the release.
