Parasites
Goodnight Tonight is a rock band
from Kent, OH consisting of Emily
Gambone on vocals and rhythm guitar,
Holly Camp on bass, Drew Spreitzer on
lead guitar, and Brad Sims on drums.
The band has opened up for acts such
as
Staind, Courage My Love, PVRIS,
Twenty-One Pilots. Lita Ford, Lacey
Sturm and Passion Pit
Parasites is the third EP recorded by
Goodnight Tonight, following “Counting
Sheep” in 2015. This EP starts off
with the politically charged “Two
Wolves” which delivers a timely
message. Next the band deals with a
metal infused break-up song called “
Pollution”. The remake of “Poison”
from the band’s “Watch the Rain” EP.
When this song was first recorded,
Drew and Brad were not with the band.
The song took on a new life with their
influences so the band decided to
record this one again. “Temptation”
is a rocker that explores the
beginning of a new relationship. The
final song on the EP is “Creatures” a
hard charging song about getting over
someone and trying to get them out of
your head.
