Cache Checking by Helicopter Rescue

The story inside the album only made itself known while in the thick of mixing Galaxy Brain. It's a new Years eve party with a few uninvited guests. After an accidental acid trip, and a few heart to hearts later, everyone survives the ordeal unscathed, and perhaps become better people.

Cache Checking was created in the traditional plunderphonic way of finding sound ingredients and mixing them into a new soup. Each song, each beat, is hobbled together by hand to create new sound collages, while holding onto older hiphop aesthetics. For this album, only sounds discovered on TIKTOK, the social media app, were used for creating this album. I used Audacity 3.7.5 to Mix and Master.
