German duo Schneider Kacirek release this special limited edition split 12" with hellosQuare boss Shoeb Ahmad to celebrate their first visit to Australia in June 2015, presented by hellosQuare with the support of Goethe Institut Australia.

Neither club music, nor ambient music, nor African music, the drums and synthesisers of Schneider Kacirek are played interchangeably for their melodic and percussive capacities and create an ‘in-between’ space that is sophisticated, elegant and precise while the Shoeb Ahmad side represents the ease at which pop music can sit alongside textural experimentation and abstract electronics without compromise.
