Welcome to my CD titled, “Far Sawrey”, a beautiful place in the UK Lakes District! Google map it! Home to Beatrix Potter!!!!!
“Far Sawrey”, is my second CD and is compiled of 13 songs - 12 originals written by myself (including one co-written by a brilliant writer named Patricia Lawler Kenet!) and 1 cover song, my blusey, pop version of Johnny Cash’s, “Folsom Prison Blues”. My songs will take you on various journeys of folk pop, blues, a little funk, catchy melodies, and flavors of cities where change and holding on to memories are a continual battle! I write about what’s near and dear to my heart and my care free side!
I have been told, by my audiences, my songs are very catchy, toe stomping, fun stories and highly entertaining, engaging, relatable, as well as well crafted musically & lyrically.
