acacia twig by dream mentors

'acacia twig' was recorded on a portable tape deck during the spring of two-thousand and eighteen in Evan's bedroom immediately after Tyler quit his carpentry job, the first dream mentors release which began as a hazy improv session between long time companions; Tyler Dekker and Evan Wiens, Features nine improvised tracks inspired by a rainy morning and a vivid dream Evan had the night before the recording was done. recorded over an 'imagine' casette by John Lennon which can be heard briefly at the beginning and end of each side of the tape. Ty on the electric auto-harp / analog drum machine and Ev on the keyboard / nylon-string guitar / recorder / sleigh bells / switched-off snare.
