Adjacent from Lost Dogs by keep it together
this track was born as a response of excitement to the new brotherkenzie song (die broke). i wanted to make something fast and compact.
i'm pretty sure the first lines of this song are a reference to the last lines of a siken poem. i can't really remember the mindset i was in while writing this, though. if anyone can genius annotate this entire album with actual analysis & links to references that would be great.
but 'Adjacent' is generally about the fear of the negative association that comes with knowing someone who has done bad things.
