Meenakshi Kriti from ETERNAL LIGHT by Lalgudi GJR Krishnan & Anil Srinivasan
Meenakshi celebrates the fish-eyed goddess form from the temple at Madurai in Southern India. This composition is said to have been a favourite of the composer, and has been hailed as one of the greatest compositions in South Indian classical music.
