''Μεγάλη Παρασκευή'' (Megali Paraskevi) is a piece based on a 20 minute field recording of a sound walk at the center of the city of Athens, Greece, from my appartment to a Supermarket at Patission Street. The recording was made on the day of the Orthodox Good Friday (Megali Paraskevi, meaning Great Friday in Greek), on the morning of April 18 2014.

He has composed works for electronic and acoustic media. In 2006 he was awarded the international Gaudeamus Prize for his composition “Black & White” for piano and orchestra. Compositional interests include hybridization of electronic and acoustic sound, collage/montage, sound cognition.
