Unheard from External Source by M47
A bricolage track designed out of found sounds and recordings from my kitchen. Samples of knives scraping, wine glasses and the oven extractor fan were resampled and distorted to create the complete variety of sounds you hear down to the intricate textures in the background of the track.
Micro-looping and frequency manipulation were key to synthesise the tonalities and samples needed for the halftime track along with granular, FM & physical modelling synthesis.
