Its hard to find the words these days
the streets boil over with rage
speeding satalites now beacons of hate
so turns the carousel of blame
to push the truth right out of frame

Ignorance tied up to a lamp post
compassion is hung out to dry
empathy burns out over the desert skies
you change the channel close your eyes
as tyrants tear off their diguise.

Its hard to find some sense round here
cant see the love through the fear
without community it all just disappears
the point of no return draws near
the final destination clear.

Feels like were running out of chances
but its not too late to turn the tides
its not our destiny to bow down and abide
its time to heal the divide
