Michael Schacht is a german composer, who also produces ambient with Metric System 1981.
In the Eighties he released mostly Berlin School-influenced electronic music, the zenith of the music cassette underground. Recorded at that time with his Fostex tapedeck and Korg Modular.
Michael Schacht re-started in 2020 after a break of 35 years, with returning new inspiration and a numerous releases.
