Skin [Single] by Skulk
Goa-based composer, producer, and visual artist Skulk introduces Skin — a new single from her upcoming album of the same name, released via ONNO.
Skin starts off with social voyeurism — only seeing the hyped-up, good slivers of what someone presents on digital platforms. Upon this superficial enquiry, though, the woman in the song looks within; well under her veneered skin suit, and finds anchors to her ship, strings to her kite.
Skulk (the moniker of Katyayini Gargi) is a Goa-based composer, producer, and visual artist. Active since 2017, her work merges synth-driven experimentation with a distinctly visual approach to sound — building eccentric yet intimate worlds.
