"Hoon" was recorded during a sunny, Summer week in Los Angeles, in the Summer of 2013. The EP was produced, engineered, and mixed by Christopher Thorn (Blind Melon) at his home studio, Fireside Sound in Silverlake, CA. Thorn also played various instruments along with Dave Krusen (Pearl Jam), Frank DiVanna, Davie Dennis, and Logan Laflotte. Out of his comfort zone of NYC, McGrath & company gave these songs a fresh, LA vibe.
