"winter talisman” by Philippe Neau and Antonella includes two longer-form pieces of music. The first (“part I”) gives the impression of nature sounds and field recordings stretched and manipulated and mixed with drones and other noises into an exotic soundscape. This track includes Antonella reading yoga guru Yogananda; at times the recitations are subsumed by the sounds or tampered with, but at other times the nature of Antonella’s delivery makes it feel like a guided meditation. Be sure to stick around for the intriguing “part II” which seems to be an ambient dub version of “part I.”
