Relic Attunement is an exploration of tone and texture. Conceived through the urge towards a physicality and tangibility, as well as towards more moody and melancholy songwriting, Relic Attunement looks unwaveringly at the realities of cultural collapse and wonders what artifacts will remain of our current age in the distant future. othrwrld’s melodic and hypnotic techno productions pulsate and propel us through arcane landscapes from the driving opening track to the wistful closing moments of the EP. Choosing to explore these concepts through a mystical lens, othrwrld expresses a sense of mournful futurism in the hopes of encouraging and contributing to a current cultural mythology including works of art, spiritualism, and community life that may be one day unearthed. Energy carrying through ages, relics someday touched and attuned once more.

othrwrld is a trans femme DJ, producer, and self proclaimed "aural apothecary" using sound and atmosphere to open portals into new utopian possibilities for trans posthuman club creatures to experience collective immanence and healing. Equally likely to find her sweating behind the decks at a late night warehouse rave enshrouded in fog, or sitting peacefully weaving textures in a dimly lit chillroom, othrwrld sits on the cutting edge of trans futuristic music from hypnotic/chaotic psytechno, bass, and ritualistic rhythms to slambient mind journeys, soundbaths and deep dubbed out dancefloors.

othrwrld has lived in Portland Oregon for the past 6 years and has cultivated a strong relationship with the local nightlife/dance music community, while always pledged to prioritizing the queer underground. In 2023 she started her own party/mix series "Club Liminal" a left field ethereal techno party for trans ravers and all who yearn to rave on the edge of reality.
