Ascension from Ascension by Quartjar
The riffs for this track, code name "Ascension," came about when Randall was giving a workout to his EHX Mel9 pedal. You can hear the orchestral reverb in the choppy rhythm. We jammed on it in rehearsal a few times, and shortly after that we were invited to do theme music for the podcast "Rockin' the Suburbs." We did a couple of arrangements to condense our jam into a quick "jingle," and here it is. You can hear the podcast via Audioboom or iTunes.
