Stasis by RECWALL

The is my 8th album. It took the whole year to make. I struggled with creative blocks early on in the process. I did most of the work between June and October of 2024. At one point I was saying to myself "It's ok if you don't put out an album this year". I was struggling quite a bit with my mental health throughout 2024 even though I was working with a great therapist. She challenged me to use the album to go deep and dark, to clear out old habits and energies. I did just that and it was really uncomfortable. As a result this album is deep, and dark, and introspective. It is me dealing with my shadow, my wounded inner child, my fear, my anger, but also, my love, my passion, and my quest to be a better person. While I did dust off a couple older songs that I always wanted to record properly, most of these songs were written as I went through this struggle. As always, I hope you'll give it a listen, and I hope you dig it.
