RTO is a hip hop producer hailing from Oakland C.A. He has a style like none other, though mainly sample based RTO also creates his own compositions that range from boom bap to trap music and a little r&b. RTO’S weapons for production include, MPC 1000, MPC 4000,Sp404, Native Instrument’s Maschine, Reason and Ableton live.
