The first apsis, the embrace, the perigee; gravity building phantom walls, flight delays, quiet unease, clouded glass, seed in frozen soil. The interval is programmed, the scale is tared, yet microseconds accumulate and the mass is negative. Here is no zero, only the eternal asymptote.
