Every artist wants to dream up something that's never been done before. Our influences provide our vocabulary, so the goal is never fully achieved. But the effort often brings something worthwhile.
So this album is the result of a game I devised for myself - Avoid a recognizable genre. All vocals. No words. No pitch correction. After that, I let it rip and wound up with something I'm quite fond of. Hope you enjoy it, too.

Ryan Thomas Johnson is an award-winning composer based out of Los Angeles. Spending years as the creative force behind gonzo pronk band Uberband, he now composes for theater, film, and classical ensembles.
