Climate Carioca by Simon Webster
This is a dance music track written using loops from Simon’s “Total Groove” loops project. “Carioca” is a play on words on the Brazilian style of carnival music “carioca” and the political discourse around climate change.
Simon is a drummer, percussionist, rhythm guitarist, singer and songwriter.
He played for years on the London professional scene including top show business contracts. He has accompanied artists like Natacha Atlas, Yasmin Levy, Abdullah Chhadeh, Hassan Erraji and Haleshla and electro fusion groups like Oojami and Momo.
