This sample reminded me a bit of the keys sampled in Deja Vu by Nas. It has that heavy weight to the sound if that makes sense. If you haven't heard the OG I highly recommend it: Deja Vu is such a classic track, crazy it was never officially released (although Nas did use the first verse on Verbal Intercourse), but the whole vibe of the OG version has always been so dope to me, really ahead of its time too. Anyway I thought this beat had that nostalgic vibe on point. Peace
