That Good Sauce is a pseudo duo cooking up music in New England. They have trained extensively at the Progressive University of Flavor & Funk (PUFF). While their recipes are prepared using mostly modern and post-modern methods, they are also fond of sprinkling in touches of woodwinds, brass, and vocals to enhance their dishes. Their favored flavors vary from mellow to zesty, spicy to earthy.
