Wren by Laxá & Heima Kvartett

Lisbeth Heima had often featured as a guest on Laxá tracks, playing violin on cello, so when the band approached her for their new album "Wren", they wanted to work with the rest of her quartet.

"Kat The Raker" is the first track from that new album and sees the 8 musicians working together to create a hybrid post rock/post-classical sound, a new Velvet Underground said one listener to the early sessions.
