Steady & Stable by The Undecidable
This album has no guitars on it. I normally write songs while playing guitar, but for this album I wanted to see what I could do with synthesizers, organs, pianos and various orchestral instruments.
Everything on this album was written, played, programmed, recorded and mixed by me, in my little apartment in Toronto, between January 2018 and February 2020. The first version of the album was released in June of 2020.
I remastered all the tracks myself in 2025, along with most of my other albums. For the re-release, I added tracks 6 and 7, which were both recorded in 2019. In 2020 I intended to release them as part of another group of recordings, but never did, partly due to changes in my life suddenly brought about by the pandemic.

The photo above is from 1988. I sang in The Grendels (88/89) and Vine (92). In the 80s and 90s I used various names on my solo releases, including Moving Camera, and/or, the nom de plume of Mark De Plume, as well as my birth name: Paul Waliczky (Hungarian dad, Italian mom). I decided to explicitly call "myself" The Undecidable sometime in the early 2000s. I write and play all the songs.
