OzzSongz by Timmy Sean

I've been on an Ozzy kick since the news of his passing last week. One album of his in particular was a really big influence on me when I was a young kid.

In the summer of 1996, I found myself at a fair that my father and uncles' band was performing at. There was a stand selling hundreds of water damaged CDs, apparently from a record store that was flooded. The artwork was warped, there was condensation in the case, but the CD's themselves were playable..and best of all, only a couple bucks each! I picked up a couple CD's that day, but the only one I remember was Ozzy's newest album at the time, delightfully called Ozzmosis.

I played that album non-stop that summer.

Listening to it with fresh ears last week, two songs jumped out at me as just really great tunes. So for Bandcamp Friday (where Bandcamp passes on "their cut" 100% to the artists), I decided to re-imagine and release a double-single of those two tunes, dedicated to the late great Prince Of Darkness.
