About: Live coded work inspired by the fibonacci sequence and pisano periods. First released as a live coded performance titled Liber Abaci commissioned by Oggimusica in Lugano Switzerland in December 2020. Renamed C4H5N3O and editted for this release.
Title: Cytosine is one of the four main bases found in DNA and RNA, along with adenine, guanine, and thymine. Cytosine is paired with guanine. DNA is a molecule carrying genetic instructions for the development, functioning, growth and reproduction of all known organisms and many viruses. With the discovery of CRISPR and specifically the Cas9 nuclease molecule, efficient and highly selective editing is now a reality.
